I. Placing Orders

At ROSE Society, your shopping experience is our priority. Review your cart and finalize your purchase at checkout.

Note: Changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is submitted.

II. Order and Status Enquiries

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update. Thereafter, you can click on the link provided in the email to track your order, or you can visit our Tracking Website and enter your Tracking Number. Additionally, you can use our chatbot to track your order by simply initiating a conversation with it.

Countries Not Listed: For countries not listed above and not part of the restricted countries, we are currently unable to offer shipping services. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities. Customs and Duties: Be aware that international shipments are subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Regulatory Compliance: Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.

IV. Delivery Policy

Courier Service Selection: ROSE Society will choose a suitable courier service provider at our discretion for deliveries. While FedEx & DHL is currently our designated courier for international deliveries, this can change. We reserve the right to switch our courier service provider as needed.

Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery and the package cannot be safely left, you'll need to arrange for redelivery or collect the goods from the courier.

Failed Deliveries: In case of a failed delivery, you must contact the respective courier directly to arrange for redelivery. If the package is not successfully rearranged for delivery, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for paying any additional delivery fees for a second delivery attempt. Alternatively, if the contract is terminated due to failed redelivery attempts, we may process a refund for you, minus the original delivery costs and a reasonable compensation fee.

Address Restrictions: We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): Please note that ROSE Society does not offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means customers may be responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred upon the arrival of their shipment in the destination country.

V. Shipping Costs

We charge a fixed delivery cost of SGD 5 per order. To maintain this low rate, ROSE Society absorbs a portion of the shipping fees. Orders exceeding SGD 100 qualify for free shipping. Please note that terms may vary during special promotions. Our approach is to ensure affordability for our customers while maintaining the quality of our delivery services.

VI. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery Service: At ROSE Society, we offer standard delivery for all our products, ensuring consistency and reliability in our services.

Custom Production and Delivery: Our apparels are custom-printed upon each order, potentially extending the delivery time to a few weeks. To guarantee the highest quality, our apparel is shipped from different locations worldwide, such as T-shirts from Japan and hoodies from Europe. We always aim to meet the earlier timeframe in this range, ensuring prompt delivery of our products.

Peak Period Delays: During peak periods, like new product launches or sales, please be aware that delivery might take up to one month due to the increased volume of orders.

Customs Clearance Delays: Delays in customs clearance, which are beyond our control, can also affect delivery timelines.

Please Note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. If your order is delayed beyond these estimates, we encourage you to contact us via email for immediate assistance.

VII. Inspection and Receipt of Products

Upon receiving your products from ROSE Society, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the packages containing the ordered items. Please ensure the following:

  • The packages are securely sealed.
  • The type, quantity, and specifications of the products meet your expectations.
  • The delivery list and invoice are included and accurate.

If you encounter any of the following issues:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Shortage or discrepancy in the ordered products
  • Quality concerns with the received products

Please take immediate action:

  • Inform the courier company about the problem.
  • Decline the receipt of the entire parcel.

We are committed to resolving any problems to the best of our abilities. In any case, please refrain from opening or further damaging the products and their packaging.
