Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
I. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
II. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
III. Eligibility for Return, Refund & Exchangeg
Our return, refund and exchange policy applies to purchases made directly from ROSE Society.
Return, refund and exchange are valid only for manufacturer defects or if the wrong size is delivered.
Items purchased from third-party vendors or due to a change in customer preference are not eligible for return or refund.
IV. Refund Process and Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
V. Shipping Costs for Returns
We cover the shipping costs for returns in instances of manufacturer defects or incorrect item dispatch. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance.
VI. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for manufacturer defects or incorrect size delivery, subject to stock availability. If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Size Exchanges: Please note, we do not offer size exchanges for items that do not fit. We strongly encourage our customers to consult our size guide available on the product pages to ensure the best fit. For personalized sizing recommendations, feel free to use our chatbot service.
VII. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at hello@RoseSociety.co. The appropriate return address will be provided upon request. We strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
VIII. Disclaimer
Quality-Related Returns: In cases where a return request is initiated due to a quality problem, such as damage or use of the products, we reserve the right to engage an external surveyor firm or our internal quality-control team for examination and certification. ROSE Society's decision on this matter will be considered final and binding.
Refund Details: Refunds are based on the original payment prices and conditions at the time of purchase. Discounts, coupons, and delivery costs are not refundable.
Label Requirements: Returns will not be accepted if the product labels are removed, damaged, or lost. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if any of your purchases are delivered without tags.
Responsibility for Returns: Until the returned goods reach our facilities, they remain your responsibility. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you choose to return products to ROSE Society, we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service and obtaining proof of postage. If the returned products are lost or damaged in transit, ROSE Society may request indemnification for such loss or damage and may not arrange a refund.
Mistaken Returns: ROSE Society is not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you wish to have them returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
